The IRIC Integrated Research and Innovation Center is located on the main campus of the University of Idaho. It is the University’s premier research facility. The IRIC features flexible laboratories, office and collaboration spaces that can be customized for the teams of faculty researchers, and students’ needs. The building also includes core research, a state-of-the-art visualization laboratory, indoor and outdoor auditoriums, and space for events.
Scope: TAB work consisted of supply and exhaust variable volume controllers; fume hoods and general exhaust; fan coil Units serving the office and general use spaces; some of the systems have chill beam diffusers with heating and cooling.
