The Vancouver Clinic decided to pursue new construction and expansion projects to better meet the needs of their nearby communities. The Vancouver Clinic Ridgefield is a 15,000SF facility which offers primary and urgent care services.
NWESI provided Commissioning services to ensure system operations and to meet Washington State Energy Code requirements. The commissioned systems include: HVAC, HVAC controls, lighting controls, domestic hot water, and emergency generator.
