Tumwata Middle School, formerly known as Ogden Middle School, serves approximately 1,000 students in Oregon City. Originally built in 1965, the middle school renovation included replacing the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, in addition to other school improvements.
Commissioned systems include HVAC, controls, domestic hot water, lighting controls, security and access controls, fire alarm, electrical distribution, emergency generator, photovoltaic, paging, intercom and AV systems.
