This project involved the construction of a new alternative high school, Creekside Community High School, for the Tigard Tualatin School District. It’s goals included achieving a Net Zero Energy usage at 15,600 sf.
NWESI provided both commissioning and building envelope testing for the project. Commissioned systems include HVAC, HVAC controls, domestic hot water, photovoltaic, and lighting controls. BET included water intrusion testing and air barrier testing.
