The building is a 28 story high-rise with 150 condominium homes. It was built in 2016 by Andersen Construction for Hoyt Street Properties. Building conditioning is provided by a variable refrigerant flow system with individual fan coil units in each condominium. There are also central systems for ventilation, exhaust and domestic water. NWESI provided a one-year warranty review on this building.
Scope: NWESI reviewed the HVAC and Plumbing systems and compared the installation and operation to the information provided and industry best practices. Outstanding items with the building systems’ operation were identified and recommendations for correction provided to the owner.
