H.B. Lee Middle School was originally built in 1965 with additions in 1989 and 2002. The most current project involved controls upgrade to the facility.
Scope: This project involved replacing selected HVAC equipment, refurbishing the rest, and upgrading everything to DDC controls. Scope included new boilers, chiller, and unit ventilators, as well as existing multi-zone supply fans, rooftop units, split systems, exhaust fans, make-up air unit, and cabinet unit heaters. Services include the development of functional test procedures, execution of functional test procedures, and review of O&M manuals.
