The 33,000 SF expansion to the Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City brings world-class cancer care to patients in Clackamas County. The 2-story building features an oncology infusion clinic, basement, and shell space. The facility is home to Northwest Primary Care, Behavioral Health Services, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy and features natural light and access to outdoor spaces for patients.
NWESI provided commissioning of the MEP systems from the early design phases through warranty. MEP system improvements included new emergency power generation equipment, chilled water for serving new addition and existing hospital HVAC equipment. New condensing boiler equipment and new electrical utility service with associated distribution gear were also added to serve the new addition and existing hospital.
