Portland’s Providence Park underwent an $85M expansion in 2020 intended to increase sitting and standing room for fans, as well as add concession spaces, and the team store, in addition to other improvements. The expansion included a 3-tiered addition to the east side of the stadium, adding approximately 4,000 new seats.
NWESI was retained to complete specialized commissioning on specific fire life safety systems.
