The primary function of the Portland State University Academic & Recreation Center mixed use facility is the main recreation center (including aquatics) for PSU. The Center also includes spaces for sensitive document storage (with humidity control), classrooms, academic offices and retail. The building is owned in part by PSU and in part by the City of Portland, who owns two large document storage / archives area.
