The existing rental car QTA has outgrown its functionality and has outlived its useful life. The Port decided to replace the existing QTA with a new, onsite 315,421sf QTA facility servicing all rental car companies doing business at PDX. Project elements include: a two-story structure with vacuuming, fueling, and car-washing facilities at grade level, and parking deck on top; fueling systems, fuel stations, fuel storage tank(s), and all associated systems; systems to track and allocate usage of the QTA services to separate rental car companies.
