Milwaukie High School is one of four high schools in North Clackamas County School District, and is located in Milwaukie, OR. This 196,150sf school building is one of Milwaukie’s oldest buildings. This school was constructed in the early 1900’s but has added “Milwaukie Academy of the Arts” to its campus over a decade ago, and has renovated both its athletic and music facilities.
Scope: The North Clackamas School District acquired the services of NWESI to provide existing building commissioning services for Milwaukie High School. These services were intended to satisfy Oregon’s SB-1149 program consistent with the Oregon Department of Energy’s Commissioning RFP.
