Idaho Military Division: Baker Hall

The Idaho Military Division Gowen Field houses the Idaho Air National Guard. The new barracks completed in 2021 thanks to the construction team led by Petra is providing much needed resident space for the expanding campus. It attained LEED gold, and provides room for up to 156 individuals within private rooms and shared space. NWESI was contracted to perform air barrier leakage testing on the Gowen Field Barracks—Baker Hall—to determine the air leakage rate and leakage locations following ASTM-E-779 test methodology along with thermal IR investigation to satisfy the federal project requirements.
