Sunset High School is a comprehensive high school serving the northeast portion of Beaverton School District. Originally built in 1959, this project involved a 15 classroom, 21,000sf addition. Other work included relocating the 6200sf counseling area and remodeling the previous counseling area.
Commissioned systems included:

- New HVAC equipment and associated controls (5 rooftop units, 12 exhaust fans, 30 terminal units, 5 unit ventilators, three split AC systems, 1 converter, 3 fire/smoke dampers) and
- Upgraded controls for existing equipment (9 unit ventilators and 3 fan coil units)
Select walls were upgraded to be fire rated, some existing unit ventilators were replaced, and controls on other equipment were upgraded to DDC.
