The Beaverton School district renovated and expanded Five Oaks Middle School in a multi-phase project stemming from the 2014 bond measures. A standout feature of this project was that it was completed while occupied. This renovation added six classrooms, moved the main office location, renovated restrooms and remodeled the library with emphasis on natural light and open space. Also included were added security measures throughout.
Our scope included modifying or upgrading the HVAC, electrical/lighting, new intrusion and access controls, DAS, paging, and adding a new fire pump.
