During the first phase of the redevelopment of this building, a data center was added on the first floor to meet future needs. The data center utilized an under-floor distribution system to supply the cold aisles.
NWESI provided redevelopment support throughout all four phases of this project.
Scope: NWESI scope included Testing, Adjusting, & Balancing of the four CRAC units, six chilled water pumps, and four air cooled condenser units. This project did not have independent commissioning so it fell to NWESI to troubleshoot system operations and controls as well to satisfy project needs.
