The $18.65 million renovation and addition to Klamath Hall will be complete by mid-2019. The majority of the renovation work will be to transform the existing chemistry laboratories into new state-of-the-art facilities. In addition, a new classroom, modernizing office and conference space for faculty and students.
Scope: Air has performed TAB Services on numerous additions and remodels for the last 40 years. The basic HVAC systems were fan coils with heat and chilled coils, VAV Terminal Units and Rooftop Exhaust Fans. The systems serve numerous Labs and Office Areas.
