Rogue Valley Manor, a not-for-profit senior living community, houses upwards of 900 residents at its location in southern Oregon. Originally built in the 1950’s, Rogue Valley has undergone renovations and expansions to suit its growth in senior services and care.
AIR was retained to Test and Balance the HVAC systems for the healthcare remodel. The HVAC systems included in this project were an existing air handler, a new exhaust fan, sixteen new fan coil units, two existing fan coil units, five new ducted heating water coils and a new heating water pump for the existing air handler.
