Kaiser Permanente Westside Medical Center is a hospital located in Hillsboro, Oregon. It contains specialty clinics, continuing care, and other medical and dental offices. Scope: NWESI inspected all dampers noted on facility drawings, as well as identified and tested dampers not noted in documentation. All dampers were inspected, photographed, and tested in open and closed positions.
