“My dad was one of the NWESI founders and I was hired in 1987, so I’ve kind of been here forever. I’ve seen many changes over the years. When I first started, I was mainly responsible for processing our reports to clients when a job was complete, and that grew to what I do now which includes: accounts payable, licensing requirements, and HR. I think the company philosophy of doing the job right and making sure the client is happy is number one. I’m proud of the reputation we’ve built over the last 60 years.
