The Vaux Condominiums are located in NW Portland and consist of 2 buildings with 4 levels. Within the buildings there are a total of 145 classically-styled units.
Additionally, the Condos are named after the migrating Vaux’s Swifts which come to Portland each Fall. The birds take up residency for a few weeks in the nearby brick chimney of Chapman Elementary School.
Scope: NWESI was an expert witness for this project that involved the replacement of the hot and cold water piping system within the building.
