The St. John’s Community Center is a 17,273sf building located in north Portland. The center contains a gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, and classrooms. Due to its central location, it is used regularly by the local community.
Scope: NWESI was contracted to provide complete commissioning support services for the new air handling units and DDC system. Exhaust fans, radiant heaters and unit heaters were also tied into the DDC system and managed by the building automated system.
