UO: Global Scholars Hall

This Campus Housing project involved the creation of the new 185,000sf Global Scholars Hall for 450 undergraduate students, immersed in a challenging world of global study and culture. The hall includes classrooms, study rooms, a learning commons area, a 300-person performance center, espresso bar and food service with seating for 190 people on the ground level.

NWESI provided both LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for this project. AIR Introduction also provided testing, adjusting, and balancing services.
