This project included duct leakage testing, air and water TAB services for the nine-story hospital and the five-story Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute (OHVI) a total of 1,009,500 SF. In addition to the hospital and OHVI, NWESI also provided TAB services for the central utility plant building completed in 2007.
