To meet their growing needs, Clear Choice Health Plans chose to build a new office building that is environmentally friendly and provides a safe, healthy, and user friendly environment to improve mental and physical performance of employees and guests. The building includes two unfinished floors to accommodate future expansion needs.
This project involved the replacement of existing HVAC heating and cooling equipment for the building. Much of the building mechanical systems were beyond their BOMA rated service lives at Kaiser’s Multnomah administration building. The existing Johnson building automation system were retained, with some modifications to sequences of operations to account for equipment differences.
